Junior Conveyancer

SUMMARY:
A Junior Conveyancer is required for a legal firm based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg, Gauteng. R15k p.m.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• LLB Degree
• Must be an Admitted Conveyancer or in the process of being admitted
• Computer literacy on MS Office Suite and any legal systems (Ghost Practice / Ghost Convey)
• Must have own transport

Responsibilities

• Normal transfers
• Deceased estates transfers
• Registration of mortgage bonds
• Ante-nuptial contracts
• Draft notarial deeds
• Deal with the various banking panels such as Standard Bank, Absa, FNB, Nedbank, SA Homeloans
• Attend to matters at the Deeds Office
• Attend to bulk transfer and mortgage bond signings
• Open sectional schemes of townships
• Attend to Bank compliance during mortgage bond registration commercial work
