Our client is seeking a Junior Construction Manager for a high-end residential and mixed-use development in Stellenbosch. This role focuses on managing snagging and de-snagging processes, ensuring homes meet exceptional quality standards before handover. You will coordinate construction activities, liaise with contractors, and uphold compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, create snag lists, and ensure timely rectification of issues using Onsite eSnagging software.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee contractors, resolving issues and ensuring work meets high standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to prepare homes for client handover.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of residential construction experience, focusing on snagging and quality control.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction project management tools.
