What You'll Do:
- Learn the art and science of cheese-making from milk to maturation
- Assist in daily production and maintenance of cheese-making equipment
- Support in hygiene, record-keeping, and quality assurance tasks
- Participate in occasional weekend work during busy periods

- A young person, with a keen interest in food, a basic understanding of food science and microbiology.
- Willingness to learn and get stuck in
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well independently and as part of a small team
- Comfortable working in a farm-based environment
