An International Mining Company has a Contract Position for a Junior Change Manager
Imago Core Photography Software provides a platform to extract knowledge from Geoscientific imagery. It consolidates images from any source, transforms them into meaningful insights and then connects them to the appropriate geological or mining activity. It is part of a new generation of digital solutions for modern mining

POSITION INFO:
Currently there is no standardized method for capturing and storing Core Drill Hole photographic samples. These Cores are instrumental to the geologists on the sites as they provide them with information spanning from to where the ore deposit is, to the condition of the ground, as well as if there are any geological structures present

• Identifying individual Key Stakeholders and Stakeholder groups
• Conducting regular interviews with individuals / groups to analyse expectations and concerns
• Managing requirements
• Providing information to Stakeholders on a consistent basis
• Clear Communication with all stakeholders via newsletters, face to face and in every which way necessary to transfer needs
• Be able to ensure user engagement and ensure and measure end user adoption and utilisation
