A client of ours based in Pretoria specializes in providing business rescue services. to help clients avoid company liquidation to companies in financial distress is seeking a Junior Business Rescue Practitioner / Professional assistant

POSITION INFO:

Seeking a Professional Assistant for a practice who focuses on Business rescue experience of 2 years and more is required for this role
This position will include assisting with the development of business rescue plans, drafting of various financial documentation and providing advice in response to queries from clients and other businesses.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work on significant firm-wide projects which are often run by Corporate Business Rescue in a team environment.
Knowledge of Company Laws, Insolvency Laws and the day-to-day functioning of a wide variety of different business forms. The role is primarily focused on the candidate becoming licensed as a Business
Rescue Practitioner should the chosen candidate not be a licensed Business Rescue Practitioner
Basic/Essential Qualifications: LLB and B comm Law Attorney qualified to practice law in South Africa.
The successful candidate will ideally have 3-5 years’ experience of working in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment, where there are often competing demands, the successful candidate must also have at least 2-3 years exposure to Company Laws, Insolvency Laws, and Business Rescue and have completed a Business Rescue course / are planning to enroll.
