Position Overview

We're seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Business Analyst to own and develop insurance products within our digital marketplace. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional insurance offerings and digital solutions, focusing on creating seamless user experiences while maintaining product integrity. They will need to take product knowledge from the subject matter experts and use innovative, critical thinking to digitalize products, focusing on user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and develop insurance products within the digital marketplace from concept to implementation

- Collaborate with business product owners, providers, and insurers to gather comprehensive product knowledge

- Transform traditional insurance products into user-friendly digital solutions

- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to optimize product offerings

- Design and improve user experiences for insurance products on the platform

- Create detailed product specifications and documentation

- Identify opportunities for product innovation and digital transformation

- Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data and user feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
