Our client, a passionate team specialising in the web app & IT consulting sphere of business for the financial services industry is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join their team.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

You will be assisting our team of Business Analysts, ensuring that new customer onboardings are executed timeously and accurately. Along with helping provide customers with an awesome first experience, you will use your out-of-the-box thinking skills to help improve and standardize business processes.

Here is what your day-to-day would look like:

• Deal with any and all administrative tasks specific to the projects you are involved with and as required by our Business Analyst team.
• Collect, process and cleanup data from various sources (which could require a fair amount of tenacity).
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to drive product refinements to continuously enhance the customer experience.
• Work across a variety of tools such as Pipedrive, Pivotal Tracker, Todoist, Slack and our own internal systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably studying towards / a degree in either Financial Management / Economics / Accounting ect.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• A love for numbers
• Highly adaptable to a variety of software, tools and programs
• Hungry, resilient and motivated to succeed
• Self-motivated and proactive, yet a team player
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Detail-orientated and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Organizational skills
• Working experience in the financial planning industry (preferable)
• Relevant degree or diploma (preferable)
