POSITION INFO:
The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide finance and business operations support, training and testing for various ERP systems.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Identify, gather and validate business, finance and accounting related requirements and reporting specifications
Develop use cases and other artefacts required to articulate business requirements
Prepare plans for work to be completed
Receive authorization to create work package
Identify and advise business of risks
Maintain a risk log and issue log
Responsible for progress of the work package
Assist with implementing corrective actions, within constraints and tolerances laid down by the Manager
Liaise with project assurance and internal audit teams
Project, systems and business assessments
Support the development of finance and business related training and implementation material
Assist with QA and modification testing, software and upgrade testing and facilitate user acceptance testing

Education Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in a relevant field required

Job Requirements and Skills:

1 to 2 years' experience within an Analyst role, with a focus on financial information systems
Proven and demonstrated experience in the area of financial and trading business analysis
Advanced MS Excel skills
Syspro experience an advantage
Ability to interpret requirements, business rules and system analysis, design, development and implementation
Ability to travel to branches (national)
Deadline driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player
