SUMMARY:
Junior Building Foreman

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications prefered:

Trade qualification such as carpenter or bricklayer is an advantage
5+ years experience with building projects is preferred and preference shall be given to a Junior Foreman who has working experience gained on Commercial and Residential building projects both in the private sector as well as the Government sector

Duties:

Manage overall project responsibility along with a Senior Foreman
Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers
Manage subcontractors and their teams
Monitoring of project budget and ensure work gets followed through according to the construction programme
Adhering to project deadlines

Our Client is a Building Contractor who currently have 2 busy sites in Cape Town. One site is a Government contract and the other is a large Private Development
