Junior Brand Manager

SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing and developing strategies to promote and maintain a consistent brand image for the Property Company internally and externally. Primary purpose is to maintain and enhance brand awareness, drive client engagement, and ensure that the internal and external campaigns align with its overall business goals

Experience

Minimum of 3 years marketing experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Key Performance Areas Expected Results

1 Brand Management
- Developing, maintaining, and improving our brand, marketing and advertising alongside the Head of Marketing, to create a strong, positive perception of a company, product, or service in the minds of clients and potential clients. Strategic collaboration for consistency – national internal clients
- Ensuring that all communications, visuals, and messaging are consistent across different channels and touchpoints, including advertising, collateral, and websites.

2 Websites & Digital platforms
- Oversee the development, performance, and optimisation of Growthpoint’s online presence through new website builds, SEO strategies, analysing Google Analytics 4 and paid search campaigns.

3 PR & social media
- Manage relevant PR and complimentary social media.
- Distribution of press releases and relevant clippings to internal clients

4 Campaign management
- Managing internal and external marketing campaigns through planning, adjusting, monitoring and report back to the business, while liaising with all agencies (design and digital) in terms of implementation.

5 Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Working with the business to ensure that branding initiatives are cohesive and support overall business objectives.

6 Budget management
- Ensure adherence to the Marketing, GMS and Fund budget with minimal variances, while implementing cost-effective campaigns and monitoring and reporting on achievement of objectives within this budget.
