SUMMARY:
Junior Branch Manager required for a store in the home finishes industry based in Paarl.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sales team
Close deals
Take charge of the store budget
Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Take over and grow the customer base
Ensure that displays are always current and up to date with local market trends
Open and close the store on a daily basis
Ensure the store is kept clean and tidy at all times
Be the contact person for the landlord and attend to any maintenance or repairs to the premises

Requirements:

Minimum 3 year's sales and retail store management experience (sales experience must be with product sales in the building industry)
Valid driver's license
Must reside in the greater Boland area
Naturally technically minded and sales driven
