Job Position: Junior Branch Manager (Furniture industry)

Salary: R20 000 per month CTC commensurate with experience and qualification + commission

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

Qualifications / Requirements:

• To start as soon as possible
• Minimum Matric
• Degree or Diploma in Commerce or Interior Design highly advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years proven track record on management level
• Previous office furniture experience
• Proven track record in sales
• Own transport and valid drivers license essential
• Industry knowledge
• Competitive character with ‘can do attitude’
• Must be target driven and work well under pressure
• Prepared to work long hours
• Pay attention to detail and problem solving
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good business ethics and strong personality
• Experience with:

-      Basic understanding of labour law and disciplinary processes

-      Basic financial management

-      Good administration and computer skills

-      Solve customer and supplier problems effectively
