Junior Bookkeeper

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Tertiary Finance Qualification (advantageous)
• 1+ years in a similar role
• 1+ years in an accounting firm environment (advantageous but not essential)

Responsibilties: in line with experience

• Capturing of cash books and processing up to Trial Balance
• Drafting Financial Statements
• VAT processing and return submissions
• PAYE returns
• EMP501 returns
• Completion of income tax returns
• Other bookkeeping related duties
