SUMMARY:
Opportunity available!! Our well known client in the Automotive sector is looking to employ a Junior Bookkeeper to join their team in East London.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description: 

  • Completing the monthly control account reconciliations.
  • Cash book:
  • Processing of the cashbooks.
  • Performing a monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Updating raw material schedules daily
  • Assist with capturing month end stock sheets.
  • Assist with general reception duties, when required.
  • Any general and adhoc tasks that may be required by the Finance Manager

    Job Requirements: 

  • Relevant Degree is preferable.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience as a Junior Bookkeeper.
  • Working in manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the Syspro System is advantageous.
