SUMMARY:
Junior Bookkeeper

POSITION INFO:

Import bank statements to cash book & print bank statements.

Do all invoicing & print & email debtor’s statements

Analyses and printing of statements

Creditors, process, check and allocate to correct accounts

Recon all creditors and do remittances

Process creditor’s payment in bank before the 25^th

Petty Cash

Process payments in Pastel of creditors

Responsible for all cash payments-Director to authorize

Do all reports required by the Auditors

Do all salaries and wages and print reports

Back-up pastel and payroll

Get quotes via suppliers

Purchasing of kitchen necessities (if needed)

Back-up Switchboard & reception

Carry out all returns for SARS for payroll e.g. IRP5’s, EMP201, EMP501, Easy file, E-filing

Income Statement

Balance Sheet
