POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a detail-driven and reliable Junior Bookkeeper to support both our finance and front-office teams. This role is ideal for someone who's organised, adaptable, and ready to take on a mix of bookkeeping and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture supplier invoices, receipts, and supporting documents using Dext OCR and Xero.
Assist with supplier reconciliations and month-end processes.
Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with finance SOPs.
Follow up on missing proof of payments and documentation.
Collate delivery documents and confirm goods received for Finance.
Provide reception relief during breaks and handle calls and visitors professionally.
Support the Accountant and Bookkeeper with general administrative duties.

Requirements:

Matric (minimum qualification).
2–3 years’ experience in an administrative, finance, or office support role.
Exposure to financial administration or document capturing (advantageous).
Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Xero or Dext OCR is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
