SUMMARY:
In search of a proactive Junior Bookkeeper to support financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth day-to-day bookkeeping within a fast-paced tech environment!

POSITION INFO:

Work with a dynamic IT company with a strong growth trajectory and an innovative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Manage debtor and creditor accounts, ensuring accurate allocations
Assist with month-end processes and reporting
Support the finance team with ad hoc bookkeeping and admin tasks

Skills & Requirements:

2–3 years' bookkeeping experience (IT industry highly advantageous)
Experience working on Xero and knowledge management (KM) software
Strong reconciliations and processing experience
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
