JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Experience in Commercial Law Practise
Experience in writing opinions and drafting agreements
Candidates with a B.Comm LLB, with a 70% minimum pass rate in Commercial Law Subjects every year, from one of the following leading universities:
- Cape Town University
- Stellenbosch University
- Pretoria University
- Witswaterand University
1st or 2nd year associate from law firms with leading Commercial practice
