Kloof. Opportunity exists for Admitted Attorney with a Law Degree and at least 1 year experience to join boutique Law firm.

POSITION INFO:
Will suit hardworking candidate with strong knowledge of the Legal sector, and who is confident in Court appearances and well versed in the substantive and procedural aspects of civil litigation.

Assist the Proprietor with existing matters in litigation and collections cases in the Magistrates and High Courts. Maintain existing client relationships and manage your own portfolio by seeking new clients to build the practice. Resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, and settling claims.

Requirements:

Bachelor''s Degree in Law
Admitted Attorney
Ability to speak and understand Afrikaans highly advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technological skills
