Junior Analytics Assistant

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Junior Analytics Assistant to join a high performance, dynamic, driven and growing company operating in the women’s personal care/toiletries market.

Job description:

Contribute to the sales team whose responsibilities include inputting the external environment into the innovation process, opportunity generation through analysis and reporting, maximising effectiveness and return of brands and developing co-operative relationships with retailer and distributor partners.

Specifically, work closely with the Analytic and Account managers to both grow local sales market and expand export territories.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Sales Reporting & Maintenance
• Stock Management
• Category Data Reporting, Management & Analysis
• Forecasting & Promotional Analysis
• New Business Development Opportunity Identification

Requirements: 

• Degree in Marketing or Business-related field
• At least C Higher grade maths at matric (please do not apply if you do not fulfil this criterion)
• Track record of success
• Great team working skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
• Strong computer skills
• Working knowledge of IRI/Nielsen advantageous
• Own vehicle
