SUMMARY:
Do you live in the Parklands, Table View, Blouberg or Milnerton area, are bilingual in English and Afrikaans and have minimum one year administration experience with the goal to grow in an a administration career?

Our client requires a junior candidate with one year's administration experience to join their growing team. A great opportunity for an entry level candidate to learn who is corporately groomed and well spoken to grow their skills in this growing concern.

Own transport is required.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant qualification highly advantageous
Minimum one years Administration experience
Accuracy and computer literacy essential
Deadline driven and willing to learn new skills
Very well groomed and well spoken in English

DUTIES

Answering incoming calls
Email correspondence
Resolve any discrepancies from client enquiries
Manage the database of clients
Prepare reports needed
Ensure work commitments can be delivered on time
Manage administration duties ensuring accuracy at all times
Attend to any additional tasks that the team requires
Ensure all document requirements are emailed to clients.
Prepare and email spreadsheets monthly
Order stationery and consumables when required
Liaise with all service providers on any issues as and when they arise.
Ensure that invoices are handed in on time
Assist Directors with any of their requirements.
Ensure the reception and office is neat and tidy
Attend to clients on arrival at the office.
Well groomed to meet and greet clients at all times
Answering incoming calls professionally

Salary: Dependent on experience plus Pension Fund
