SUMMARY:
Junior Administration Assistant

Engineering Firm based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to appoint a Junior Administration Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone with exceptional work ethic, attention to detail and willing to grow with the organisation.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 with Maths.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Experience in a similar admin role will be beneficial.
Financial aptitude.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Valid driver’s license with own transport.

Key responsibilities:

Maintaining and analysing MS Excel databases.
All relevant administration tasks as required.
Filing documents.
