Junior Accounts Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established Accounting firm based in Irene, Pretoria is looking for an experienced Junior Accounts Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified SAIPA Accountant.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience is essential.
• Drivers License.

Main responsibilities:

• Client relationship management and compliance assurance.
• Bookkeeping function supervision.
• Preparation and submission of tax returns, payroll, EMP201, VAT recons and returns.
• Corporate and individual tax submissions.
• Client meetings.
• Monthly Management accounts and annual financial statement preparation.
• Addressing client needs.
• Utilise CRM and Practice Manager to document required activities.
• Debtor management and customer invoice capturing.
• Creditor management and supplier invoice capturing.
• Taxation.
• Resolving and assisting in Adhoc tax queries.
• Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation completion.
• Bank recons, debtors, creditors, fixed assets and project reconciliations.
• General Ledger and Trail Balance completion.
• Tax submissions(VAT, PAYE and Dividends Tax).
• Income tax capturing on Efiling.
