SUMMARY:
Supporting a key client through account management, while also helping to facilitate training and development initiatives within the company.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
Account Management Support

Build and maintain strong relationships with a key client
Coordinate communication between the client and internal teams
Track deliverables, follow up on deadlines, and ensure client expectations are met
Prepare updates, reports, and documentation for meetings
Assist in problem-solving and ensuring projects run smoothly

Training & Development Coordination

Assist in scheduling, organising, and tracking employee training sessions
Liaise with managers and employees on training needs and participation
Coordinate logistics for both internal and external training
Maintain training records and help monitor development progress
Support with onboarding and induction where required

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Honours degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or Industrial Psychology
Between 0-2 years experience
