Job Description
Education:
- Completed Matric
- Bookkeeping certificate/ Diploma
Requirements:
- 3-4 years’ experience in a Bookkeeper position
- Experience within a similar environment will be advantageous
- ERP system experience
- Discipline and have strong time management
- Reliability and adherence to deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting function
- Supporting the sales and logistics staff
- Stock Management with warehouses and procurement
- Manage costs and posting of General Ledger
- Management of Petty Cash
- Invoicing of clients
- Assist with the asset register and journal entries
- Management of client information
- Assist and manage yearly financial audits
- Budget entries and generate management accounts
- Reconciliation of debt and creditors
- Income statement accounts reconciliation
