JOB DESCRIPTION:

The candidate we are looking for will have to handle the following:

Processing of supplier invoices in the Accounting Software (SAGE Evolution)
Assist the Senior Accountants with reconciliation of supplier accounts
Update exchange rates in the accounting software on a weekly basis
Process bank transactions in the accounting software
Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis
Prepare list of payments to suppliers on a weekly basis
Load payments on bank platforms as requested by the Senior Accountants
Raise sales invoices from the Accounting software as and when requested by the Senior Accountant
Prepare adhoc accounting schedules and reconciliation as requested by the Senior Accountants

The role will not include preparation of financial statements and filing of statutory returns. Candidate should have an accounting background and a very good understanding of accounting principles.

Candidate should be fluent in English and have good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (mainly excel, outlook and word). Knowledge of SAGE accounting software is preferable but not a requirement.

Own car preferable.
