JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client who is a manufacturer and installer of Air-conditioning and ventilation is currently looking for an Accountant/Bookkeeper with high energy levels and a positive attitude to join their finance team.

Duties Include:

Bookkeeping up to trial balance
Bank reconciliations
Accounts receivable - Bill of Quantities, Claims, Invoicing and Debt Collection
Payroll
Creditors reconciliations
Other duties that would be requested from time to time.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Pastel and Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet month-end deadlines.
Knowledge of stock orders , delivery notes and purchase orders.
A team player
Own reliable transport
Willingness to learn and self-develop.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Certificate minimum

Location:

The position is based in Kuilsriver.
