JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client who is a manufacturer and installer of Air-conditioning and ventilation is currently looking for an Accountant/Bookkeeper with high energy levels and a positive attitude to join their finance team.

Duties Include:

  • Bookkeeping up to trial balance
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable - Bill of Quantities, Claims, Invoicing and Debt Collection
  • Payroll
  • Creditors reconciliations
  • Other duties that would be requested from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Pastel and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet month-end deadlines.
  • Knowledge of stock orders , delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • A team player
  • Own reliable transport
  • Willingness to learn and self-develop.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Certificate minimum

Location:

  • The position is based in Kuilsriver.
