SUMMARY:
A position based in Vereeniging for a Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper has opened in the finance sector. Pastel accounting Software experience as well as 2 years minimum accounting experience will be given preference too. The successful candidate must reside within the Vereeniging area. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
  • Monthly processing up to trial balance. 
  • VAT calculations and submissions.
  • Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements.
  • Payroll processing and submissions. 
  • Drafting of monthly reports. 
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
Requirements
Matric. 
BCom Accounting degree or similar will be an advantage. 
Minimum 2 years accounting experience. 
Must reside in the Vereeniging area.
