We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has 1-2 years experience in Vat201

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Full bookkeeping function
  • Recons of all GL accounts
  • Prep and process of journal entries into operating systems
  • RIC's - Inventory corrections
  • Loading of fixed assets into the operating systems and reconciliations 
  • Analyzing expense accounts
  • Prepare overtime schedules, cell phone schedules, fuel schedules for salary input
  • Month end closure
  • VAT201 recon and submission
  • Stock takes
  • Audit queries
  • General office duties
