On a search for an driven bookkeeper interested in an opportunity to advance their finance skill set with one of my leading financial services clients in Johannesburg North.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
My client is focussed on offering structured insurance services to its clients nationally and across Africa since their inception over decades ago.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full Bookkeeping (up to trial balance) function.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience on SAP – Preferred (Or similar ERP system)
Must have BCom

Key Responsibilities:

Posting journal entries to ledger accounts
Preparing trial balances
Bank reconciliations
Preparing cash flow statements and financial reports
Processing invoices
Processing payments
Vat returns and Tax submissions
