JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Newly Graduated Candidate
Will be assisting the Accounts Dept
Completed Articles will be added bonus

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in BCom Accounting or relevant degree; completed articles advantages
- Working knowledge of Accpac or relevant system advantageous
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Responsibilities and duties include:
- Renewal and recordkeeping of company registration certificate, tax clearance, letter of good standing and shareholder certificates.
- Collating and completing of vendor application forms
- Monthly management accounts
- Complete Functions to Balance Sheet/Trial Balance
- Statutory returns
- Loading payments onto online banking
- Reconciliation of debtors and creditors accounts
- Maintain up to date cashbook GL entries
- Processing salaries and wages
- Annual and Bi-annual payroll submissions to SARS via Easy File
- Assist Financial Director as required
- Overseas creditors
- Debtors
- Stock control
- Sales and future sales orders
- Insurance (Annual renewals, asset management, etc.)
- Managing company cell phone contracts
- Collating and completing of vendor application forms
- Monthly management accounts
- E-forex
- Invoicing
