Junior Accountant needed

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A retail company is currently seeking a Jnr Accountant to urgently join their finance team.                         

Job profile:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accounting records
  • Maintaining balance sheet analysis and general ledger accounts
  • Maintaining petty cash
  • Maintaining accounts receivable and -payable
  • Ensuring timely payment of invoices
  • Updating financial records

 

Qualifications & experience:     

  • Grade 12
  • B Com / Diploma
  • 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computers skills- Excel and Pastel needed
  • Retail experience required
