SUMMARY:
-

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monthly reconciliation and allocation of bank transactions
  • Monthly VAT calculations and VAT201 returns on SARS eFiling
  • Monthly EMP201 Returns, and bi-annually EMP501 returns on SARS eFiling
  • Reconciling supplier and customer accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Resolving any queries promptly
  • Statutory duties including CIPC company registrations.
  • Payroll processing (preferred)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Similar previous experience (minimum 2 years) in an accounting firm.
  • Computer literate on accounting package (preferable Pastel / Sage Online / Xero)
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting (preferable)
