SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monthly reconciliation and allocation of bank transactions
Monthly VAT calculations and VAT201 returns on SARS eFiling
Monthly EMP201 Returns, and bi-annually EMP501 returns on SARS eFiling
Reconciling supplier and customer accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Resolving any queries promptly
Statutory duties including CIPC company registrations.
Payroll processing (preferred)

REQUIREMENTS:

Similar previous experience (minimum 2 years) in an accounting firm.
Computer literate on accounting package (preferable Pastel / Sage Online / Xero)
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
A tertiary qualification in Accounting (preferable)
