Requirements:

Minimum education: Matric
B.Com Accounting degree or similar qualification
1- 2 years’ experience in a financial department will be advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key performance areas: Full bookkeeping / Financial function
Responsible for debtors and creditors
Review Bank reconciliations Payroll Statutory compliance
VAT calculations and submissions
Trial balance reconciliations
Working independently
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have proven knowledge and experience in financial administration
Proficient in Windows packages: Advanced excel • Previous experience working on accounting packages •
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written, is required •
The ability to keep calm under pressure
High level of attention to detail
Organised and a proficient administrator professionalism; especially when dealing with clients Must be accurate and detail orientated
Must be a good brand ambassador for the company
