A well-established wholesale and distribution conglomerate seeks a Junior Accountant to join their finance team based in Midrand.

POSITION INFO:

A well-established wholesale and distribution conglomerate seeks a Junior Accountant to join their finance team based in Midrand.

In this role, you will be working closely with the MD to run and capture monthly creditors recons, processing bacnk accounts daily and processing recons. You will also monitor deposits.

The successful incumbent will be someone who is smart and eager to learn.

Education:

BCom / BTech in Accounting / Finance

1 to 2 years'' experience is a similar role, mainly dealing with capturing and processing of financial information

OR BCom graduate looking to gain exposure in the finance field

Good MS Excel skills

Good understanding of accounting principles

Good relationship building skills

Strong administrative skills

Deadline driven

Meticulous attention to detail
