SUMMARY:
Our client, based in Johannesburg is seeking an Innovative and independent Junior Accountant to join their reputable Accounting Firm.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Relevant Accounting degree.
1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of software: CaseWare and Xero.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for monthly Management account support.
Manage client correspondence.
Responsible for VAT and PAYE submissions.
Responsible for SARS E-filing, submissions, and correspondence.
Assist with Annual Financials Statement.
General file support.
Assist with reviewing and managing clerical work.
Support the Manager with complex portfolio of clients.

Additional Information:

High level of independence required.
Work from the office and home initiative.
