Our Client based in Olifantsfontein is looking for a Junior Accountant

Responsibilities

Assist with Cashbooks, Journals, intercompany transactions, accruals, trial balances and reconciliations
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, adhoc and Yearned reporting as required by Management
Expense Analysis- Process and analyse Bureau de Change (BDC) expenses
Allocate, capture and control sundry expenses
Prepare BDC’s for payment, allocate payments and reconcile
Effective record keeping of transactions, accounts, special journals and payments
Assist FM with Year End Audit requirements
Assist with Audits of the Company
Conduct general administration functions
Filling systems implemented and ensure maintained to ensure documents are easily retrievable
