SUMMARY:
Be part of a highâperforming retail finance team where you will gain exposure to key financial processes at group level. This role combines handsâon accounting with learning opportunities across reporting and operations. POSITION INFO:

Support monthâend and yearâend close processes, ensuring accurate financial records
Prepare monthly financial accounts including bank reconciliations and fixed asset schedules
Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes
Monitor cash flow and support timely supplier payments
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions across the business
Track and reconcile group expenses, including supplier invoices and overhead costs
Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions across divisions
Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial standards
Analyse financial data and identify discrepancies or trends
Work closely with finance and operational teams across the business
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Support general finance administration and adâhoc reporting

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting environment
Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF
Experience in accounting systems: Sage, Xero, OR similar
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills with ability to work across teams
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive mindset with strong problemâsolving ability

Qualification:

Matric with Mathematics OR Accounting - essential
Diploma OR Certificate in Accounting - advantageous
