This is a fantastic opportunity is for an Advertising or Marketing junior!

Please note:
To be considered, at least 2 years solid experience in an Advertising or PR agency is required.

This person needs to be switched on, willing and interested in doing their best at all times.

POSITION INFO:

This is a small communications company. In this role, you will assist the MD with the daily AM and PM responsibilities.
Your capability and experience must include:

Write clear briefs and debriefs
Good written ability – can email clients directly with minimal supervision
Take minutes at meetings
Setup and draft agenda’s ahead of meetings
Prepare comprehensive status sheets
Draft contact reports post meetings

Confidence is key! Looking for someone who can appropriately vocalise when balls might be dropped and be solutions orientated (ideally have foresight, ahead of time and be proactive in communicating and proposing a solve)

Presentable and able to sit in on client meetings and participate meaningfully
Well-spoken
Experience in the workings of an agency and systems, ideally Chase.
Ideally 3 - 5 years’ experience.
Previous Event Management exposure/experience would be a great advantage.
