Johannesburg CBD: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable female

-Fully bilingual, with strong English proficiency

-Solid recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, attending to FNB & Standard Bank Bonds

-Fully independently functional (from receipt to finalization) essential

-Experience in Transfers preferred

-Computer literate in Ghost Convey

-Own vehicle essential (travelling to clients for signing of documents)

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Independently handling and drafting of bond registrations, from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter

-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms

-General conveyancing secretarial duties

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
