SUMMARY:
IT Stock/Repairs

POSITION INFO:

This candidate will Receive, handle and dispatch stock, also verifies and maintains records of incoming and outgoing technical stock and prepares stock for dispatch or installation, responsible for HP Process, Technical Diagnosis, Repairs and advice onsite or walk in customers. Maintain job cards associated for the aforementioned. May be required to do technical stock or job deliveries.

Duties :
• Stock control
• Responsible for HP diagnosis and repair where required as well as warranty jobs.
• Technical IT Repairs and Diagnosis (Job and Call Outs)
• Excellent Communication skills verbal/written for customer/branch communication.
• General administrative related to stock and feedback;
Qualifications:
• Grade 12
• 1-3 years Previous IT work experience or IT qualification.
• PC requirements -Software-MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access / Database, Internet, email.
• Qualified -Comptia A+, Comptia N+, MCSA
• Valid drivers license required
