A medical supplying company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team in the Accounts department on the 1st of November in Centurion. The company is looking for a candidate who is thorough, accurate and honest and can work in a stressful, fast paced environment.

POSITION INFO:

A medical supplying company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team in the Accounts department on the 1^st of November in Centurion. The company is looking for a candidate who is thorough, accurate and honest and can work in a stressful, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the Accounting Department
• Performing basic office administration tasks such as filing, data entry and replenishing stationary supplies and office needs
• Process supplier and customer invoices
• Processing company daily expenses
• Answering of the office telephone
• Responding to business emails
• Petrol summaries
• Renewal of company vehicle licenses   
• Petty Cash
• Assist with arranging functions                                                        

Requirements:

• Matric essential
• Qualification beneficial
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Admin/Financial Admin roll
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and strong typing skills
• Professional manner and a strong ethical code
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
• Valid drivers’ license and own transport
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail

Working hours: 8:00 – 17:00

Reporting to: Financial Administrator

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
