SUMMARY:
Clerical duties in the accounts department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Process accounts receivable and payable.
Accounts queries and reconciliations, Following up on invoices.
Preparing EFT payments. Ensuring that clients are billed correctly, and vendors receive correct 
payment.
Perform administrative duties, such as organizing data, dealing with paperwork, filling out 
forms as well as ad hoc duties.
Bank reconciliations.
Experience on pastel evolution would be highly advantageous
