Summary of Job Description

Design and develop functional solutions with a strong focus on non-functional attributes
Ensure the timeous delivery of work allocated
Contribute to the IT body of knowledge through documentation and knowledge sharing
Participate in and contribute to the IT Peer Review Process
Adhere and contribute to Hyphen’s SDLC Process
Participate in relevant IT Forums
Participate, contribute and execute on the agreed IT Architecture and Roadmad
Prioritise and manage workload effectively
Establish, build and retain mutually-beneficial relationships with relevant stakeholders
Manage personal development plan and career growth objectives
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Be well read and stay abreast of the latest industry trends with a focus on continuous improvement
