SUMMARY:
Urgently seeking a junior Technical Sales person in the Germiston area.

POSITION INFO:

Junior Technical Salesperson who is self-motivated, honest and trustworthy.

We require the skills of a sales engineer based in Johannesburg who will be (initially) responsible for the sales of sawing equipment and associated consumables offered. This sales person will become a specialist in his field and will build relationships & trust with customers in order to sell & support customers fully.

This person will (ultimately) learn & have knowledge of the full range of equipment and will be responsible for finding new business – growing the customer base, as well as servicing existing clients on a continual basis.

The basic requirement we have is as follows:

Sales experience (in a technical environment)
Valid drivers’ licence
Sober habits / good health / good time keeping
Technical qualification (trade test) will be advantageous (Not a deal breaker)
Must be technically capable / enthusiastic / self motivated
Team player
Willing to learn and embrace technology in the machine tool industry.
Good communication skills on all levels.
Computer literate (Windows & Excel)
Own vehicle to and from work (Poole car used for business)
Willing / able to travel locally.
Target Driven
4 month probation period.

We offer:

Salary around R20 000-00 to R25 000-00 to start.
50% medical Aid (Discovery only)
Working Hours – 08H00 to 16H30 (Monday to Friday)
