POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a JUNIOR SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR (IT INDUSTRY) for a well-established concern, position based in the Pretoria, Gauteng.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable transport.

Degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Competent computer skills (Email / Microsoft Office). Pipedrive experience is advantageous!

3yrs+ experience in similar position. Experience in a sales support, marketing, or CRM role!

Excellent Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, and visualization).

Understanding of ICT sector trends and technology cycles.

Ensure sales pipelines are accurately maintained on Pipedrive.

Conduct daily and weekly follow-ups with the sales team to update and validate data.

Categorize pipelines by division, customer, salesperson, acquisition clients, and cold clients.

Identify gaps in the pipeline and ensure sales opportunities are maximized.

Assist the sales team in scheduling and setting up client meetings to avoid missed opportunities.

Track and manage technology refresh cycles for clients.

Ensure the sales and pre-sales teams actively pursue renewal cycles and new technology adoption.

Compile and present accurate pipeline reports for all companies within the group.

Provide data breakdowns into divisions, customers, and sales personnel performance.

Deliver reports to the Board of Directors for strategic decision-making.

Identify key trends and areas for sales improvement.

Work in the ICT sector and develop a broad understanding of relevant technologies.

Stay updated with industry trends to align sales strategies with market opportunities.

Support marketing efforts by aligning sales strategies with customer needs and market demand.
