A UPMARKET WORLDKNOWN COMP IN LANSERIA IS LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR NIGHT SHIFT BAKERY MANAGER

Qualifications: Formally Trained and Qualified Baker starting out in the industry / OR Previous experience as a Junior Manager in a large scale bakery. / some pastry experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage staff and quality of current night shift which has a major focus on pizza base production currently, however this scope will grow within the next few months with the possibility of a full bakery shift running Breads, Ciabattas, Rolls, Croissants, Danish Pastries etc. alongside the current Pizza responsibilities.

Hours: 01:00-06:00 Sunday Morning… 20:00 – 06:00 Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
