SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a junior person to assist with HR and Payroll administrative duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12/equivalent
  • A completed Certificate / Diploma in Human Resources

 Experience and Requirements:

  • A maximum of 3 years working experience in a HR & Payroll department
  • Computer Literate
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Own reliable transport
  • Preferably a non- smoker
  • Reside in or around Germiston
  • Familiar with Employment Equity documentation and submissions
  • Able work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A stable work record and contactable references
  • A high level of confidentiality

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager with all HR and Payroll administrative duties
  • Capture, submit and check wages
  • Assist employees with payroll queries regarding wages and benefits
  • Training administration and database maintenance
  • WCA follow ups and administration
  • Capturing and submitting of leave
  • Maintain Personal files
  • Maintain various HR databases and matrix
  • General office duties
