SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a junior person to assist with HR and Payroll administrative duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Grade 12/equivalent
A completed Certificate / Diploma in Human Resources

Experience and Requirements:

A maximum of 3 years working experience in a HR & Payroll department
Computer Literate
Strong administrative skills
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Own reliable transport
Preferably a non- smoker
Reside in or around Germiston
Familiar with Employment Equity documentation and submissions
Able work under pressure and meet deadlines
A stable work record and contactable references
A high level of confidentiality

Responsibilities:

Assist the HR Manager with all HR and Payroll administrative duties
Capture, submit and check wages
Assist employees with payroll queries regarding wages and benefits
Training administration and database maintenance
WCA follow ups and administration
Capturing and submitting of leave
Maintain Personal files
Maintain various HR databases and matrix
General office duties
