SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Junior Financial Manager with strong experience and excellent references . Monitor and track the company''s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

POSITION INFO:

Assist Finance Manager in other duties as necessary.

Key Performance Areas are but not limited to;

Balance Sheet - Accurate and timeous capturing of Fixed Assets, Finance, and Capitalized Leases
Accurate and timeous capturing of Forecast
Maintenance and monitoring of day to day Cash flow
Drawing up Budgets

Maintenance of the BEE Schedules; Procurement, SED, ED and SD
Consolidation of Procurement, SED, ED & SD

Preparing and Maintaining Costing Model
Assisting with information for Tenders
Signing off and submitting the Staff Register

Maintenance of Training Schedule

Ensuring that we have Amortisation Schedules for the Bank

Review Files and liaise with the Auditors for yearend Audit
Providing Bank with Debtors AA monthly
