Citrusdal Area – Western Cape: Our client is looking for a Junior Farm Manager with ownership mentality to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
This is an entry level position and would be best suited to a single person or couple with no kids due to accommodation on the farm.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
Minimum of 2 years previous working experience on a farm
Previous fruit or vegetable farming experience advantageous
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to motivate and work with a team
Computer literate
Willingness to learn
Maintenance orientated
